Job Role
  • Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new account, building rapport.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information.
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects. Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
  • Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Develops accounts by checking customer’s buying history, suggesting related and new items, and explaining technical features.
  • Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities. Train new sales team members on product.
  • Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.
  • Bachelors in Science / Engineering or MBA
  • 3 + years of direct work experience in an Inside sales role
  • Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day
  • Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) CRM software, demand generation, lead prospecting tools.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation skills, and listening skills.
